How do the Pickup meals work?

These are our meals delivered to partner gyms across Cape Town twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays. For each delivery day, you can choose from 6 different meal options.

All meals are prepared fresh on the morning of delivery and packed in a sealed container with a lid, making them easy to collect from your chosen location between 2pm and 6pm.
Do I need to have a gym membership to use the Pickup location option?

No, you don't need to be a member. You are welcome to just drop in and pick up your meals from your selected pickup location.
When does ordering close?
  • Monday Meal Pickups: Close on Saturday 11pm.
  • Wednesday Meal Pickups: Close on Monday 11pm.
Is the container microwave friendly?

Yes. Our foil containers are safe to place in the microwave to heat your food. Just make sure to remove the lid before heating.
How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE to all of our partnering locations
What is a Monthly Meal subscription?

This subscription allows you to receive Fris meals every week from your selected gym pick-up location without having to order every week.

  • Meals are delivered twice a week (Monday and Wednesday) to your chosen Pickup location.
  • You will receive 2 different meals on a Monday and 3 different meals on a Wednesday.
  • Meals are pre-selected from your dietary preference: High Carb,Low Protein | Healthy Homestyle | High Performance.

How does the Doorstep boxes work?

The same fresh meals delivered directly to your home or workplace.

  • Choose from 3 dietary lines: High Protein, Low Carb | Healthy Homestyle | High Performance.
  • Each box contains: 10 or 20 meals (8 different meal variants) with your chosen meal portion size.
  • Vacuum sealed to last up to 10 days in the fridge and up to 3 months in the freezer.
  • Deliveries take place on Wednesdays and Fridays only.
What if I miss my delivery date?

Our deliveries work on a scheduled route with a driver. It is your responsibility to please check your phone or answer when our delivery driver tries to get a hold of you. If you miss your delivery - your meals will be delivered on the next available delivery date.
When does the ordering close?
  • Wednesday Deliveries: Close on Sunday 11pm.
  • Friday Deliveries: Close on Tuesday 11pm.
Is the container microwave friendly?

Yes, our black PET containers are safe to place in the microwave to heat your food. Just make sure to remove the vacuum seal bag before heating.
How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat rate of R50 per delivery that falls into our radius.
What is the Doorstep Subscription?

This Doorstep Subscription gives you fresh Fris meals every week, delivered straight to your home or workplace without having to order every week.

Choose between:

  • A weekly Subscription (Every Friday)
  • A Bi-Weekly Subscription (Every Second Friday)
  • A Monthly Subscription (Once a Month)

Meals are pre-selected from your dietary preference: High Carb,Low Protein | Healthy Homestyle | High Performance.

All meals are delivered fresh and vacuum-sealed to your door on scheduled delivery days.
What areas do you deliver to?

Fris only operates in Cape Town and surrounding areas, because our food is MADE and DELIVERED fresh. If you are based in an outlier area (Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Malmesbury, Wynberg) and want to order Fresh Doorstep Boxes you can contact us on info@frisfitness.co.za.
